Below are the terms and conditions that govern the services provided by Sami’s Atelier Limited

 

Appointment and cancellation policy

We highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to ensure availability. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result cancellation fee of 50% of the service you have booked with us.

 

Late Arrival:

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we may have to reschedule or shorten your appointment if you arrive late to ensure that we are able to accommodate other clients.

 

Payment Policy:

Payment for all services is due at the time of service. We accept cash/credit card/debit card.

 

Service Guarantee:

We stand behind the quality of our services and want you to be completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24hour so we can address any concerns.

 

Health and Safety:

We take the health and safety of our clients and staff seriously. We adhere to all state and local health and safety guidelines and require all clients to follow the safety measures needed.

 

Children Policy:

We kindly request you that children are not bought to the salon unless they are receiving services. Children must be supervised at all times and we reserve the right to reschedule appointments if children become disruptive.

 

Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your car.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be used to purchase products and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Changes to Services and Prices:

We reserve the right to modify our services and prices at any time without prior notice.
